PB-300 Underground Hobby Solutions

PB-300 Underground Hobby Solutions are modular reinforced-concrete underground spaces designed for private, non-commercial use, combining structural durability with flexibility for personalized underground environments. Built entirely from 300 mm monolithic reinforced concrete (RC) and equipped with heavy-duty steel doors, hatches, and access shafts, PB-300 structures provide a solid, long-lasting foundation for a wide range of underground hobby and personal-use applications.

The PB-300 system enables the creation of underground rooms, tunnel-connected spaces, and multi-room layouts, suitable for use as workshops, private storage, technical rooms, hobby facilities, or secure personal spaces. Modules can be installed at ground level, partially buried, or fully underground, allowing adaptation to different plots, terrain conditions, and architectural preferences. The reinforced-concrete construction offers excellent thermal stability, sound insulation, and structural longevity.

All PB-300 Underground Hobby modules are designed as sealed reinforced-concrete enclosures, with controlled access and compatibility with ventilation, dehumidification, and basic environmental control systems. While not intended as civil defence shelters by default, the structural design allows future upgrades, including improved sealing, ventilation, or access configurations, if required.
